We offer research and service works (opinions, reports, studies, evaluations) in the following areas:
- extraction of mineral deposits under developed areas:
- optimising extraction projects due to the minimisation of deformation of rock mass and surface as well as the protection of its developed facilities using numerical methods
- determination of protective pillars,
- influence analysis of performed and forecasted extraction on the rock mass and surface,
- forecasting rock mass and surface deformation for projected exploitation using a computer software (SZKODY system);
- determination and verification of parameters of Budryk-Knothe theory in order to increase the accuracy of the forecasting of mining operation influence;
- creation of thematic maps on the basis of the database of mining operation using orthophotomap and numerical model of the area;
- classification and development of maps of mining and post-mining areas suitability (after the end of mining activity) for building development;
- maintaining a database of shallow mining operation;
- maintaining a database of excavations being in contact with the surface;
- maintaining opinion/expertise on issues related to the mining and post-mining areas, overflow lands;
- risk assessment/monitoring of the deformation hazard/location of discontinuous deformations.
